When will I receive my order?
Your order will typically be processed and posted on the same or next working day and arrive as quickly as the postal service operates, note certain times of year such as Christmas may increase delivery times. Sometimes items go out of stock and may take a few days extra to arrive. In these cases we will let you know and keep you updated on the progress of your order.
If you require an item urgently, just drop us an email; email@example.com and we will do our best to ensure it gets to you faster. This may cost a little more if first class or next-day delivery is required.
How much will it cost?
Orders up to £25: postage cost £2.80 for Royal Mail Second Class.
Orders over £25: FREE Royal Mail Second Class.
NB, if you need your items more quickly than second class please contact and other services can be used at additional cost to you.
NON UK POSTAGE:
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for exact postage costs and we will invoice you, but as a rough guide you can use Royal Mail’s website to determine the approximate cost.
For orders outside the UK and European Union, you may be subject to import taxes or customs duty. We are not in any way responsible for these charges and would suggest that you contact your local customs office for details of any charges before purchasing. Please do not ask us to amend or doctor the customs declaration form on your package as we will not do this.
What if my order does not arrive?
If your order has not arrived within an acceptable time from dispatch, please contact us via email; email@example.com and we will see if we can help. Usually a call to your local sorting office will solve the problem but if your item has gone missing, then we will endeavour to help track your parcel down. Please note however, we cannot always offer refunds in these situations where we can provide proof of postage.
